Which hearing aids on sale in 2025 have Auracast built-in?
Auracast is a new broadcast audio technology that is changing the way we experience sound.
It allows for audio to be broadcast to an unlimited number of hearing devices in the vicinity.
For more on the technology, read our brief explainer here.
It has been designed to work with hearing aids, cochlear implants, earbuds, headphones and other audio devices – as long as they have the correct Bluetooth codecs installed in them.
So not every hearing aid on the market has Auracast available, while some will have it enabled when a firmware update is made.
Below is a list of some hearing aids known to have Auracast built-in. It is not an exhaustive list and we may have missed something off. If we have, please contact us by emailing mail@aurahear.co.uk
Please note that technology is evolving rapidly, so always check with your audiologist or the manufacturer to ensure the most up-to-date specifications and availability.
